Our Vision...
In view of our mission statement, ECHO’s goal is to become a life reclamation center. The facility will not only provide temporary shelter and food for the homeless of northern SLO County, but will also assist the less fortunate in obtaining the necessary skills and assets to acquire permanent housing and lead productive lives. We will attack the root causes of homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness, lack of marketable skills and the lack of basic life skills. The center will provide the opportunity for ECHO to have the programs needed to assist our clients in a consolidated area, thus gaining easier access and localized aid for the issues at hand
