Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Administrative Coordinator provides essential administrative and program support for the El Camino Homeless Organization (ECHO). In this role, you will serve to support the operations and daily functions of ECHO by: 1) supporting administrative and office functions; 2) providing financial and data support; and 3) providing program and facility support to the broader team. As part of your role, you will help to maintain a welcoming and professional environment for our clients, staff, volunteers, donors, and community members.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about engaging individuals experiencing homelessness with a trauma-informed approach, someone who takes initiative, has a strong work ethic, and has demonstrated strong technical and administrative skills. This is a full-time position, Sunday - Thursday 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to occasionally adjust hours depending on ECHO’s needs. Outreach Case Manager

Hours: Full-time, Sunday- Thursday, 10:00am - 6:30pm
Rate: 22.00 - $28.00 / hour DOE + $0.50 Spanish speaking differential

Job Overview
The Outreach Case Manager is focused on housing chronically unhoused individuals through individual-focused outreach, engagement, and a collaboration of public and private organizations. The Outreach Case Manager is the key point of contact with new clients and is responsible for developing strategies for engaging clients on the streets and developing a path to housing or shelter with the support of community partners. Much of the work, from initial outreach and engagement, is performed with clients on the street. The Outreach Case Manager must be an energetic self-starter, passionate about helping unhoused individuals, have excellent communication skills, be attentive to detail and relentless in driving towards outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be familiar and comfortable with unhoused individuals and street culture and will demonstrate an ability to establish trusting, hopeful relationships with these individuals. We are looking for someone who can work Sunday - Thursday, 10:00am - 6:30pm, with flexibility for nights and weekends.
