How does a virtual race work?
A virtual race is very similar to a live race. You register, you run/walk (on the honor system) in support of a good cause; but they differ from live events because you get to complete your run from anywhere you like… the neighborhood, a local park, treadmill, track, downtown or country roads. You get to decide!
It’s YOUR RACE, let’s make it AMAZING!
Here’s how you can participate in the Virtual Turkey Trot 5K Run/Walk.

Please note that by sharing your RACE photos and video, you are allowing ECHO to use them on various media platforms including social media, the web and/or traditional print media.
Join Us Virtually to Celebrate Your RACE
On Thanksgiving Day, join us via Facebook Live and let us celebrate you for your accomplishments! We will host a very special Thanksgiving Day broadcast.
How do you know I completed the race?
The Turkey Trot will be done on the honor system. You can share your pics to our hashtag #ECHOTurkeyTrot2020.
Do I have to run at Atascadero Lake Park?
You do not have to run at Atascadero Lake Park, however, it is a great venue and once around is 5K.
What are the dates to complete the run?
You can run anytime between November 15th and 29th. Registration is open now.
